"Waiting On" Wednesday is an event hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine. The purpose of this weekly event is to spotlight a soon-to-be-released book that you are very much anticipating. "Waiting On" Wednesday will also give bloggers an opportunity to share ideas for our TBR lists.

Title: Her and Me and You
Author: Lauren Strasnick
Publisher: Simon Pulse, 224 Pages (October 5th 2010)
Preorder here: Amazon, Borders, Barns and Noble, The Book Depository

Synopsis: First love, broken friendships, and heartache all play a part in this evocative, voice-driven novel about Alex, a girl whose world is ripped apart when her father’s affair splits her family in two.

Alex moves with her mess of a mother to a new town, where she is befriended by hot, enigmatic Fred—and alternately flirted with and cold-shouldered by Fred’s twin sister, Adina. Others warn Alex to steer clear of the twins, whose sibling relationship is considered abnormal at best, but there’s just something about Fred—and something about Adina—that draws Alex to them and makes her want to be part of their crazy world…no matter the consequences.

Sounds pretty interesting if you ask me - I'm always on the look out for something different and this one, I think fits the bill of different. Who else thinks this sounds good?

Title: A Touch Mortal
Author: Leah Clifford
Publisher: Greenwillow Books, (February 22nd 2011)
Preorder here: Amazon, Borders, Barns and Noble, The Book Depository

Synopsis: Eden didn’t expect Az.

Not his saunter down the beach toward her. Not his unbelievable pick up line. Not the instant, undeniable connection. And not his wings.

Yeah.

So long happily-ever-after.

Now trapped between life and death, cursed to spread chaos with her every touch, Eden could be the key in the eternal struggle between heaven and hell. All because she gave her heart to one of the Fallen, an angel cast out of heaven.

She may lose everything she ever had. She may be betrayed by those she loves most. But Eden will not be a pawn in anyone else’s game. Her heart is her own.

And that’s only the beginning of the end.

I have a thing for angel books these days. I just can't get enough of them!! This is one of those books that is a MUST read for me and Feb of next year is really to far away... It just sounds amazing!
